Our stay here was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We booked a spacious and tidy room that had a big TV, and we really appreciated the wake-up service available to us. 😊.

This place has a great location near a restaurant and is in a nice area. the rooms come with large TVs too! 📺.

Ice machine was not working....and because it is in multiple buildings..didnt want to walk to another one late at night

Located by the truckstop, our room welcomed us with a delightful smell and clean linens. the microwave and fridge worked perfectly. the comfortable bed and TV added to our enjoyment. Despite older furnishings, the clean room and excellent service made our stay memorable.

The pool was closed, and the outside lighting was insufficient upon arrival.

Made reservations and paid for king size bed and ended w queen size n sofa bed. Had to go n get bedding n pellow attened not very nice about it.

The location, just off Newton, Kansas, is exceptionally nice and peaceful, with easy access to restaurants. the staff is truly accommodating and goes above and beyond to assist guests. the rooms are tidy and well-updated, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We booked on line but when we arrived, the front desk wanted to charge us $20.00 more per night than we had booked the room for on line. Adjustments were made. Wish that a map of Newton and area would have been available. We did get one at the Kaufman Museum.

the rooms were great for the price and it was easy to find. The gentleman at the front was very helpful

The beds were really hard. Didn't sleep very good and my whole family felt the same way. The breakfast was nice but there was no one to serves things. Like they ran out of milk by 8:30 and was never refilled. Also the Apple juice machine never worked and the OJ machine tasted like it was old. The pool was freezing. My kids could not even swim. It needs a heater plus the hot tub was not working.

This place has a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and not too far from town. 🌟.

The facility was dingy, old and the pool was dirty and freezing. It was advertised as a heated "Tropical" pool with a hot tub. The hot tub was empty and the entire "kids play room" was empty, cold and smelled dirty.

I was very impressed with friendliness and cleanliness!
